Last Updated: 8/10/2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Testora Health (“we,” “our,” “us”) via our website, telehealth platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services & Medical Disclaimer

Testora Health provides telemedicine consultations, prescription services, and related wellness support.
We do not provide emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

All content on our website, quizzes, emails, or other communications is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have read or received from Testora Health.

You agree that your treatment plan will be based on the professional judgment of our licensed clinicians, which may include deciding not to prescribe medication if it is not medically appropriate.

2. Eligibility & Telehealth Requirements

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Be physically located in a state where our clinicians are licensed at the time of your telehealth visit.

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and consultations.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue care if you do not meet these requirements.

3. Privacy & HIPAA Compliance

Your privacy is important to us. We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable laws.
Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All Services are cash-pay; we do not bill insurance.

  • Fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

  • Memberships, consultations, lab orders, and prescriptions are non-refundable once rendered or shipped.

  • Payment does not guarantee a prescription. Prescribing decisions are at the sole discretion of the treating provider.

5. Prescription & Pharmacy Policy

  • Medications may only be prescribed after a licensed clinician completes a telehealth evaluation.

  • Prescriptions will only be sent to pharmacies authorized to operate in your state.

  • We do not guarantee that a specific medication or formulation will be prescribed.

  • Misuse, diversion, or noncompliance with monitoring requirements may result in immediate termination of care.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Testora Health and its providers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our Services, except as required by applicable law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
